Our seasonal cottage is designed for Michigan.  It includes insulated windows, doors, floors and walls.  There is also electric baseboard heating as well as air conditioning.  The floating cottage is designed to be virtually maintenance free as much of the exterior materials are man made which eliminates the need for costly maintenance or even paint.

Step into our floating vacation home and you will feel at home as the eleven foot ceilings provide a feeling of spaciousness.  A full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and cook-top makes galley cooking easy.  The head boasts a comfortably sized bathroom with a full size shower. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet storage and a patio door leading to a private deck.
